Roast: Medium/Dark

This is one of Day House Malibu's most complex blends. A medium-dark roast made from African grown coffees with a bright full flavor. This blend has hints of toffee, caramel, chocolate, dried fruit with hints of cherries and raisins. A soft floral finish will delight your palette!

These coffee cherries are often processed by hand at the home of the farmers after they have been hand picked. Our dedicated farmers adhere to this environmentally friendly way of processing the beans, washing them, and then leaving them in the sun to dry. After this lengthy process they hand sort and package them. This roast is a labor of love!
